What information do we collect?
When you submit an inquiry form or newsletter submission form, we need to know your name and email address, and sometimes phone number and credit card info, in order to address your request. We may send you exclusive offers and the latest news by email, sms, phone or other electronic means. If you do not want to receive this information, you may always unsubscribe at any time. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Purchase transactions are securely processed by Authorize.net. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
What is our Security Policy?
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Do we provide Refunds?
Gift cards are not refundable, but hey may be passed along to a friend or family member if you, or your recipient, are unable to dine at TRIO to use the card.
What do we charge for shipping & Handling?
Gift card are sent in a beautiful custom gift folder and a handwritten message, if you want. All gift cards are sent with delivery confirmation. Our shipping & handling fee is $10 for card shipped within the US, and $15 for cards shipped to Canada.
Will we sell your information?
TRIO Restaurant does not sell or barter any information about their customers; it is as simple as that. We will not forward your details to any third party at any time. Period.
