Since 2009, TRIO has been the place Palm Springs comes back to — for bold California cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and the kind of welcome that makes you feel like a regular on your first visit.

I was very surprised, for some reason I was not expecting it to be real good but this place is amazing. The food here is extremely good. The service was very good also. We are definitely going to go back and try it a couple more times because there was so many dishes on there that we wanted to try now. Definitely try the short ribs. The deserts look amazing but unfortunately way too full to try them. The biscuits with the truffle butter also extremely good.

We had a lovely dinner and great service from Dominic. Delicious dates appetizer and salad. Incredibly tender and delicious short rib. Our bottle of champagne was perfect too. We sat outside on the patio and loved the techno music. Perfect temperature for outdoor dining.

Here you have a beautiful bar and restaurant where the owner Tony present and ready to great you with white glove hospitality. Tony loves his wine with ice...offer him one next visit.
