TRIO’s menu, inspired by owner Tony Marchese’s family heritage and Chicago childhood, is equal parts nourishing and indulgent, designed to express our love for Palm Springs and all who join us in this beautiful place. In April 2022, we welcomed Executive Chef Jeremy Loomis to bring his passion and experience to enhance our offering to the community even more. Tony Marchese fell in love with Palm Springs the first time he laid eyes on it, and that love remains as strong to this day. With TRIO, he expresses his love through delicious, classic cuisine that bears TRIO’s signature dishes, served with welcoming warmth that makes you feel right at home in the heart of Palm Springs, and through his tireless efforts to give back to the Palm Springs community.
Tony knows the power of exceptional hospitality. From guests’ radiant smiles inspired by a satisfying meal, to the comfort of the Palm Springs community and ability to help those in need through kindness and generosity, this is what gives TRIO its purpose every day. Alongside his culinary team led by Executive Chef Phillip Martin, Tony invites guests to connect with friends and with the essence of life though the vibrant flavors and décor that define TRIO.
Tony’s devotion to the greater Palm Springs community is evidenced through his multiple acts of philanthropy, including donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to local charities – amongst them: AAP Food Samaritans and Dining Out for Life for the Desert AIDS Project, Palm Springs High Schools Arts program, and providing a scholarship fund for a Digi-Com student. As a result, Tony has received the Friends for Life Award from the Desert AIDS Project in 2018 and the 2018-19 City of Palm Springs Human Rights Commission Community Service Award.
