You asked, we listened. On Sunday nights, we are bringing back our amazing prime rib dinners served with of-the-moment seasonal vegetables and potatoes. Price is $39 per person (+tax and gratuity). Bring friends and wrap up the weekend or start the new week off with a bang.
Mother’s Day Brunch
Sunday, May 12th, 2024 | Reservations Starting at 11am
Spring has sprung and we’re ready to spend Mom’s Day. From 11am-2pm, we will offer a curated brunch menu and our bar will be crafting bottomless mimosas.
Starting at 4pm, we’ll have chef specials to accompany our regular dinner menu.
Pasta + Wine Night Thursdays

On Thursday nights we give you another great reason to dine with us! Bring along a dining partner for Pasta + Wine Night. A family style bowl of one of our house-made pastas, shareable for two, and a bottle of house-selected red or white wine all for $45 (+tax & gratuity). It is a delicious deal you won’t want to miss.

Memorial Weekend BBQ Bash
May 25-27, 2024
Join us at TRIO over the May 25-May 27 weekend for all the delicious fixings to celebrate the official kick off to summer. We will be grilling-up our delicious tangy chicken and tender pork ribs, serving them with classic sides: cornbread, coleslaw and baked beans.
Looking to bring the party to your home or outdoor gathering? Let us prepare a BBQ picnic for your group of two-12 people, available Saturday, May 25, Sunday, May 26, and Monday, May 27. We will have BBQ chicken, pork ribs and sides of cornbread, coleslaw, and baked beans packed and ready for you to pick up and serve at your weekend gathering. Please place your order by noon on Friday, May 24 for a pick-up time that is most convenient for you between 11am-5pm on one of those days.
