Trio, a local favorite since opening in 2009, was renovated from a historic midcentury bank building in Palm Springs, Fashionable Uptown Design District.
In 2020, I teamed up with Executive Chef Max Becker to offer you a vibrant menu with some surprises. Our love for the simplicity of fresh ingredients complimenting each other is what has inspired us to create a restaurant that honors our amazing American food with twists of our Italian heritage.
Both native Chicagoans, our interpretation of old-school Italian food reminds us of the home we left in Chicago. We feel food connects, and it gives life.

TRIO is lively and upbeat all year round. Locals (TRIO’s regulars) love its varied menu combining robust flavors with a twist. This aesthetic is evident in such delectable menu items as the Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta, Coca Cola Braised Short Ribs, Whole Branzino, and don’t forget to try Tony’s rigatoni!
TRIO offers full-service food and liquor catering options that can scale from 20 to a party of 10,000. Did someone say party? Oh yeah, I did! We love to throw bashes for your office event, family gathering, or any occasion that means something special to you. Enjoyment is our business, and business is booming.
TRIO’s mixologists have won many cocktail awards and, accolades have flowed like the generous pours that make our festive bar famous. We create craft cocktails that pair perfectly with your dining experience, from the glamorous allure of the Forever Marilyn to the crisp cucumber kick of Trio's spatini up-to-date Nine-Banded Small Batch Whiskey, Gonzalez Byass Amontillado Sherry, Grand Marnier, and Velvet Falernum.
Diversity is at the top of the menu at TRIO. Cool collection of the elite country clubbers to the trendy hipsters. The restaurant is often visited by the “ladies who lunch” the elite country Evenings draw groups of every type of people from all age ranges.
TRIO also hosts corporate events, wedding rehearsal dinners, and bachelor and bachelorette parties. Good times and TRIO go hand in hand. It can be a little lively between the music and the peppy conversations, but everyone has fun! It’s a place to come in, feel at home, relax, and enjoy.
It truly is a feast for the senses. I love seeing the smiles and laughter throughout the room. It’s a labor of love for me.
I've received the generous Friends for Life Award from the Desert AIDS Project in 2018 and the 2018-19 City of Palm Springs Human Rights Commission Community Service Award.
I believe in giving back to the community and have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to local charities such as AAP Food Samaritans and Dining Out for Life for the Desert AIDS Project, and Palm Springs High School’s Arts program. I also provide a scholarship fund for a Digi-Com student.
I'm grateful for all I have and never take for granted what has been given to me. As I tell my staff, we are only as good as our next meal, so every guest experience is a priority.
